Enterprise Version Of Avadis NGS Launched

We are excited to announce the release of Avadis NGS Server Edition, the enterprise version of our widely adopted analysis tool, Avadis NGS.



The Server Edition has been designed to cater to the needs of multi-member teams working on NGS data analysis, and has exactly the same user interface as that of the desktop version. The following is a list of key features specific to the Server Edition:

  • Facilitates collaborative analysis through group and individual level permissions
  • Enables central storage of data and analysis results
  • Support for scheduled, incremental backups
  • Works with a farm of compute nodes to perform analysis in an efficient distributed manner
  • Extensive API to enable potential use by third party applications
