Strand NGS v3.3.1 Update Announcement Strand Life Sciences announces the release of Strand NGS v3.3.1. This update contains the below bug fixes. In single end experiment, UMI processing was wrong when UMI is present after primer sequence. This has been fixed. Adapter trimming was failing in linux environment for python-2.7.16 and in Centos environment with older versions as well. This has been fixed. 'Perform Split Alignment' option in the pipeline user interface was not working properly. This has been fixed. In server edition, 'Find Novel Splice Junction' in the demo experimant was not working.
